CNC Swiss Machining
Our CNC Swiss Machines are capable of long turning lengths.
Material is supported close to cutting tools. The headstock chucks the material and passes it thru the guide bushing. This results in close tolerance (.0002") and a good finish.
Our machines have Y axis live tooling which allows us to do cross hole drilling, tapping, engraving and off-center milling and drilling.
We can produce simple or complex parts in small or large quantities and make them complete in one setup.

(5) Citizen L-20 Type VII CNC Swiss Type Screw Machines with IEMCA Automatic Bar Loaders -
These machines are equiped with 6 OD turning stations, C and Y axis, spindle indexing, 4 live tools for cross drilling, tapping, engraving and milling, a sub-spindle and 3 front working and 3 backworking ID stations for drilling, tapping, boring, single point threading, reaming, broaching and thread rolling. All of our L-20's are equiped with long parts attachments. Bar capacity 1/16 to 13/16'' diameter.
(1) Citizen A-20 Type VI CNC Swiss Type Screw Machine with Citizen C-320 automatic bar feeder -
This machine has 7 OD turning stations, full C and Y axis, spindle indexing, 3 live tools for cross drilling, tapping, engraving and milling, sub-spindle and 4 front working and 4 back working ID stations for drilling, tapping, boring, single point threading, reaming, broaching and thread rolling. Bar capacity 1/8" to 13/16" diameter.
(1) Citizen L-16 Type 1 CNC Swiss Type Screw Machine With IEMCA automatic bar loader -
This machine has 5 OD tool stations and 3 ID stations. Bar capicity is 5/8" diameter.

Secondary Services
Plating & Heating Treating
We specialize in machining and rely on outside suppliers for plating and heat treating. However, proper results can be obtained if the specifications are clearly and completely spelled out.
When specifying plating, be sure to advise thickness of plate desired and whether print tolerances apply before or after plating. If possible, use ASTM, Military or Federal Specifications or other recognized sources to remove any doubt as to the requirement. Be sure to advise the supplier of any tests which will be used by incoming inspection
When heat treating is required, avoid general terms such as “Case Harden” or “Heat Treat and Draw”. Give complete details covering depth of case required, core hardness, draw temperature and times, proper hardness scale and tensile ductility requirements
